My daughter has been learning Japanese 1-2-1 with Learn Japanese London. Momoe Sensei has helped my daughter made much progress after just 5 lessons! I really like her tailored approach, taking into account of student's level and learning style. My daughter is now ready to start her GCSE Japanese course with confidence!
I'm also very impressed by the administration of Learn Japanese London. Amelia S asked the right questions to help find the best tutor for us. She has also been very responsive and helpful. It really helped to reassure us as we are taking on a new language.
I would highly recommend this institution to anyone learning Japanese!

I have been searching for a place to learn Japanese for a while. During a Google search, I discovered Learn Japanese London. I reached out to them via email, and within a couple of days, they responded and were incredibly helpful. Amelia made me feel very welcome and assisted in finding a tutor who was available at my requested time and within my budget. I was then introduced to my tutor, Momoe, who is very patient and supportive. Her lessons are clear and easy to understand, and my knowledge of Japanese expands with each session. The service has been truly exceptional, and I am very satisfied!

Have 1-on-1 lessons with Leo and he has helped with my reading and breaking down of sentences so I can understand Japanese better. He's currently helping with my listening skills and understanding of casual Japanese. Highly recommend.

I have stopped learning Japanese since many years ago and wanted to pick it back up. Tomoko Sensei is very caring and ver detailed on teaching. I also wanted to praise her flexibility as there was a change of timing at work and she can be very flexible on the lesson timing. Highly recommended!

I’m a beginner in Japanese, my teacher Tomoko is very kind and supportive, she explains everything to me really patiently to make sure that I understand the knowledge well enough. After only a few sessions with her, I can really see a significant improvement in my Japanese level.

Having lived in Japan a long time ago I wanted some help with conversational Japanese before I took a trip back. Yekta helped me through one-to-one classes to relearn hiragana and katakana, as well as participating in verbal and written exercises, which focussed on different aspects of grammar each time. Her lessons were always well-thought through and tailor-made for me and I enjoyed them enormously. She gave me the confidence to start speaking basic Japanese again - and the trip was a huge success, not least because I was able to communicate when I got there! Highly recommend this language school.

I've always felt that learning another language was next to impossible after my experience at secondary school, but I can happily say I have now changed my mind!
For the last year, I have had a private teacher from Learn Japanese and have made significant progress. Each lesson is tailored to me and my current level, really fun, and my teacher very graciously puts up with my endless number of questions.
I hope one day to visit or even live in Japan, and if you are thinking of learning Japanese I can't think of a better school to do it with. If you take just one class, I am sure you will get hooked just like me.

Yekta Eren has been teaching my 6th Form son Beginners Japanese and working towards a spoken language qualification. He has been having a great learning experience with Yekta. She is very student led. He really enjoys her lessons, she works at his pace and is always understanding when school commitments interfere with their programme of learning. Yekta is very flexible and a great communicator. She is always open to rescheduling a lesson if needed and she is happy to teach sessions during half-terms and holidays to keep up momentum towards a learning goal.
I recommend Yekta highly - she is great.

The standard of teaching here is amazing and lessons are super fun and interactive! My teacher is very helpful, patient and supportive. I study Japanese at uni, but had to take some time off, my teacher has been helping me catch up and refresh my knowledge.

I've been studying with Yekta Eren for a year + a half, working towards a JLPT. Yekta is great at making the lessons interesting + engaging. I learn lots in her lessons + really enjoy them.

Yekta is an excellent Japanese teacher. It is clear that there is a well thought out lesson plan for each session which are always both appropriately challenging as well as enjoyable. I would highly recommend Yekta to anyone considering learning Japanese
